The staff was nice, smiling, hospitable, helpful. They took very good care of us. They recommended their transfer that took us from the airport to the hotel. I definitely recommend their transfer service. A few days before arrival, they asked via messages if we needed to know anything. So they tried to communicate, which is a big plus. When we left in the morning, nicely wrapped toasts were waiting for us, which we ended up getting for free. 😊”

  hotel was nice, just as expected for the price. Staff at the front desk were really lovely and helpful, offering advice on how to get around the city and how best to get to the coop live for our concert which was the reason for our visit. Bag storage available on arrival and departure was a huge bonus. Room was standard hotel room but nice and beds were comfy. we were on the top floor by the lift so were worried about potential noise but slept soundly and was no issues.

  was a small stain on one of the bedsheets, and aircon didn't work but thankfully was a cool weekend so wasn't an issue, but could've been if warmer outside.

  We were upgraded to a suite room, which was lovely and spacious. We loved our room, well maintained, clean and a very comfy bed. Great location, right in the centre of Dartmouth. No parking but we parked in Kings Wear and came across by ferry. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.

  No complaints but to be aware due to the age of the pub, there’s no lift, the only access to the bedrooms are up 3 to 4 flights of steep stairs, low ceilings, so need to be able mobilise stairs easily.

  Beautiful hotel and the rooms were elegantly furnished with tea making facilities, a radio and some lovely toiletries and nice touches. Staff were very friendly and the hot tub was stunning with beautiful views. I thought the hotel was expensive especially considering breakfast was not included.

  We were shown around the apartment and after hours access explained. All rooms clean,spacious with well furnished. Good facilities in a central location. Comfy beds ,plenty of towels. Happy to recommend.

  It's located wonderfully. Quiet area not far from the District Line. Having a kitchen us vert convenient. The communication with the owner was topnotch.

  It could use a proper cleaning. You could see that it was cleaned recently, but it just didn't feel clean. Some hairs in the shower and make up on the towel for example.

  Bed was so uncomfortable so hardly slept. Room had only 1 of 2 windows opening, so we had a wobbly fan to blow the hot air around. Breakfast was included but you would never have paid for it anyway. Sausage, bacon, tomatoes, and scrambled egg (think that's what it was) sure it came out of a tin was disgusting. Why no hash browns, mushrooms or just a fried egg? No plugs by the mirrors for my partner to get ready Tv was in the wrong place and couldn't even move it Not what we expected for £190

  It was quite dusty everywhere, there was a can left in a very dusty cupboard, there was some kind of muck on the headboard of the bed and there were water marks in the shower
