Positive section of review
My friend and are booked the twin room with two single comfortable (memory foam?) beds. This room with garden view is small and simple but has all the things you need. Lovely big common lounge upstairs with splendid views over the water is the big plus. Mairi is a lovely host and gives the stay a personal touch serving a delicious vegan breakfast.

Only one thing did not represent the pictures of the view: there was an oil platform for repair at the other end of the bay, though this is temporarily. It did not affect our enjoyment of the stay at all. Although it is not pretty to look at, sometimes it I good to get confrontated with the consequence of our life style.

I liked that it was close to other things however had trouble getting the key for the lock box didn’t get it until 4pm when check in is 3pm , the cleaner was still in the property when we arrived and was asleep on the sofa ! The kitchen and and living area were very dirty and not been cleaned bathroom was dirty and had hair everywhere

There was no bath mats and had to use a towel beds were comfortable but small and made us all itchy the fridge was full of food that was spilt milk and things there and food splattered all over the walls it’s was disgusting I had to clean the property as had a baby there and didn’t want to be in dirt the cleaner was very rude to us when i complained about the dirty apartment would not recommend

Everything from start to finish was excellent. The staff were amazing. It is very close to theatres restaurants China town. Soho Covent garden etc. . It's the best hotel I have stayed in and will definitely be going there again.

Generously-proportioned, light and airy room with very comfortable bed and chairs. Two bathrobes - a nice surprise! Well-balanced breakfast menu: excellent eggs and bacon, plus fresh fruit and cereal options.

Our room was comfortable with a nice bathroom (with an actual bath). The location is great and the pub is busy with a good atmosphere and a fully booked restaurant.

I had Hunters Chicken for evening meal and it was the driest most overcooked specimen I have ever had. It was disappointing.
