We collected keys, by instructions, at the hotel and paid for the stay there. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, dinner, and dishwashing. Fascinating view from the cozy living room. The bathroom has an old-fashioned style but it's new and clean. A parking lot is located in a garage in front of the main entrance.

I didn't find any soap in the bathroom. I believe the body lotion(or smth like that) that was on washbasin is not the same as soap.

Booking in and out was good. Rooms were excellent, location was exceptional. Staff very helpful, ordered us taxi's, helped with bookings. Really reflective of how lovely the city of Berlin was.

The position of the hotel is superb. Metro is near, and a lot of food is around. There are supermarkets nearby too. The breakfast area is huge.

My room was in the sun from 11 till sundown what makes it very warm and my asthma played up. There’s no air condition and the surroundings are too loud to open up the window.
