The location is great, near train station for the airport(5 min walk).In front of the hotel starts the night market. The 360 view is great, and also the view from the room(64floor). The breakfast is incredible at 81 floor, great variety of food, and every day we received 2 bottles of water in the room.

The room hotel is old and it should be renovated, the bed and pillows not so comfortable. The cleaning is superficial, we had the fridge very dirty in the room.

Lovely staff. Plentiful breakfast. Pools were gorgeous and clean. Great spot for a few days. Staff helped us books tours and great information about the area. Very good value for money

Room is advertised with a window and then the room doesn’t have a window. Was told that it’s still a deluxe room. We were moved to a window room the next day however no refund or compensation was provided.

They confirmed my arrival between 1-2pm. Upon arrival, they told me that I could go to the room at 2pm. Maybe it's my fault but it should be clearly written - I didn't know there were shared toilets and bathroom. In the heat that prevails in Bangkok, it's a problem if you don't even have a sink in your room. The room smelled of mold. There is a lot of noise coming from the corridor and the shared kitchen. Forget about getting enough sleep in the morning. I paid for 5 nights and ran away to another hotel after the first night without a refund. The rooms are miniature. I recommend it only to those who want to spend a maximum of 2 nights and spend hours outside the hotel. A room with a private bathroom costs twice as much. You will pay the same for a room with a shared bathroom as in other places with a private bathroom.
