How does it work?

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • Grand Millennium Business Bay

    - “Excellent 5-star hotel in Dubai, located in one of the best areas – Business Bay. Perfect if you are coming by car - excellent valet services and ample parking space. All the staff was friendly, attentive, polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The services are great (e.g., We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and timely, or the reception was always helpful with anything we needed). Hotel itself is new, very modern and tastefully decorated, with large lobby spaces to hangout. Room had a view of the bay and Burj Khalifa. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Amenities include chairs, tables, desk, windows with sun blinds, smart TV, powerful air-conditioning, mirror, plenty of closet space with hangers, safe, fridge, tea kettle, tea & coffee, USB charging sockets and lamps on both sides of the bed, great lighting, fast Wi-Fi, iron, shoe horn, hair dryer, and essentials like towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Bed and blankets were large. Mattress was very comfortable (also for people with back problems). Bathroom was spacious, well-designed and clean, with a bathtub, walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and vanity mirror. Breakfast was just delicious, with every variety of food imaginable. Staff was attentive and careful about allergies and special dietary requirements. Hotel has four in-house restaurants and a bar to choose from, all of which are excellent. One of the restaurants has their own sheesha place with excellent sheeshas and service. Hotel has a decent swimming pool with a life guard on duty and a pool-side bar with nice views. Spa (includes jacuzzi, steam, sauna, etc.) was well-maintained and massage services were excellent. In general, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!”

Great Location for Paddington and Marylebone Road area. Everything worked beautifully, freshly decorated and the people were lovely. And a great view from the top floors across the city.

    • Negative section of review

The rooms are compact so you have to be organised and there's no bar as such, although there were plenty of people sitting around socialising in the breakfast area in the evening.

Large car park, very close to popular walking trails. The food was excellent - everyone was talking about the la-di-da chips. Great selection of ales/lagers.

The only two good points about the property was that the shower was good and the TV was good, everything else was VERY POOR

Firstly we had to ring to find out what number house we were staying in. This information should have been in the initial instructions. We had to ask for more towels as only issued with one towel each. The host was somewhat reluctant to provide more, but did do eventually. The bathroom was cold. Host advised the heated towel rail wasn’t working “at the moment “. The next day she advised the heated towel rail was actually disconnected. So she lied to us. Had to clean the toaster as it was full of crumbs Had to reconstruct the top oven as the sides holding the shelf had come off the supports and the shelf was actually stuck, both under the side supports and the bottom of the oven. Couldn’t use the bottom oven as it was dirty and had a dirty baking tray In there. Had to go out and buy a new baking tray. Only one table lamp supplied which we had to carry upstairs when we went to bed and then carry downstairs for the evening. The over head and wall lights in the lounge were not comfortable for watching t.v. The house has plenty of space and the kitchen is fitted with very nice units, but the general condition of the property was VERY disappointing, it needs brightening up with a fresh coat of paint and a good clean throughout. The property is VERY tired and has obviously had a lot of wear & tear. It was also very dark and dingey which was rather depressing. On our third morning at the property that toilet blocked and would not flush, so this was the last straw and we decided to leave a day earlier as we could not face another night at the property. When we told Kelly that the toilet had blocked she basically accused us of blocking the toilet WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Kelly has ZERO customer service skills.
