Very helpful staff. Cleaning done daily. Good and variable breakfast Near to main comercial and historical locations. Also very close to public transport.

Being near to boulevard, street noise could be quite unpleased even if the window is closed. Anyhow is a main issue for Istanbul and not specific to this hotel.

Room near the street it's very noisy at night I can barely get any sleep. So next time I will not choose to live here Breakfast is simple But like i said you get what you pay If you could ignore the noisy problem this hotel is good

BEDBUGS!!!! And they are not taking the problem seriously. After seeing one and also having multiple bites, I got moved to another room. Told me this is good and safe, cause it was just cleaned! Woke up with almost 50(!!!!) More bites after a few hours sleep. Stay away! This is costing me a ton of money coming home and have to spend and insane amount of money to get professional help, to ensure I don't bring bedbugs home!

The hotel did not accept payment by card. The reason is the payment device that belongs to the hotel, and they say the reason is my credit card, and this is something incorrect. I used the same card in all of Istanbul except the hotel, and this thing cost me a lot of exchange rates, and I was forced to pay in cash.
