Comfy bed, delicious breakfast, nice staff, close to everywhere. It is located near the stunning Berwick view which was perfect for a morning or an afternoon walk. The view was amazing. There was several bus stops near the house as well that could take you to many places, including Scalloway, Sumburgh Head, Ferry terminals, Old market, etc. I felt like home. As an island girl myself, it was amazing to see how Shetlanders live. The Shetland Islands are really beautiful and people are really welcoming.

A beautiful and spacious flat, well equipped, clean, modern, tastefully decorated and furnished. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the town centre and the sea front with shops and restaurants close by. A huge bonus is it has it’s own parking space which is hard to come by in Exmouth. Communication from the owner was very good and biscuits and milk on arrival which was a nice touch. Thank you very much Di, we will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The best location, comfy bed, spacious room. It is very near to the train station, bus station, and ferry terminal. They helped me to do a late check-in because of my delayed train to Aberdeen.

Hot water did not work. I arrived late and left early in the morning so I could not really ask someone to fix it. But, it was quite sad that the hot water did not work. But, I think this would be solved if there was time.

Nothing about the property but just be aware the walk to and from the airport is down a very secluded route. Felt a bit vulnerable walking back in the evening and got a cab in the morning. It was also tricky to find the right way out of the airport onto the right road to get to the property- admittedly I don’t have the best sense of direction though… 🤦♀️

~ Someone else’s dirty bin was left in my room once I checked in. I had to call them to come and take it away. - Rooms say Balcony but then most of them do not open but the lady at reception came and opened mine. - The property says it has 24hr desk but they DO NOT. They do not answer calls during the night but someone is there on arrival but you have to call their mobile number for assistance. It says 24hr desk but you can only check in till 22:00. It is all very confusing. ~ Definitely not worth the price I paid. I was last minute. ~ Red paint stain on the carpet. ~ Most TV channels not working.
