I'm using this hotel regularly, for transport I'm using bicycle (parking inside hotel),15 min from ZOO, 25 min from Brandenburg torr, around this hotel plenty of restaurants, shops and so on. I like this part of Berlin.

The property is very stylish and well maintained. It’s a 15 min walk to the amenities and a further 15 into the center of Garmisch. Perfect for a family of 4 with a bus stop right outside and parking facilities if needed.

Room very small Absence of facility for boiling water for tea/coffee (I was aware of both of these in advance so not really a complaint. But still a bit disappointing.)

The room is exceptionally clean. It is spacious and very modern just like in the pictures. There are also big supermarkets nearby making it so convenient.

We stayed there two night. There was no cleaning done in the second day of stay. We would also appreciate if there was a mini fridge in the room.

around the building and in the room it is dirty, poorly maintained. the location is ideal only for truck drivers or as a motel, in the explanation it is not clear how it is made. in fact, only when you arrive do you realize that the reception is in a separate building, and is inside McDonalds. the smell of fried food is everywhere. air conditioning not working. I had to keep the window open all night (highway just a few meters away and smell)
