Super large room with lots of storage - very handy with am active little one; floor heating in the bathroom; comfy beds; very nice breakfast with plenty of fŕesh local products; and an equipped play area downstairs that saved the day because it rained the whole time during our stay. Overall we had a fantastic time

Excellent location, very friendly host and beautiful top floor suite with a view. The bathroom has an excellent shower and water pressure. The kitchen has a good sized fridge and oven and cutlery. The bed is spacious and comfortable for 2 with reading lights and USB charging.

Like most places in the Netherlands, the stairs are steep and may be a consideration for people with mobility issues. There is a chair lift to the 2nd floor though.

Warm and comfortable room. Great location and close to the Amsterdam Centraal. Just 10-12 minutes walk from Underground station then 3 minutes and you are in the heart of Amsterdam. Cozy room with beautiful view from window. Good deal for Amsterdam.

There are no classic kitchen in the apartment. You simply have some "details" of kitchen, like plates, spoons, cups e.t.c. For us it was ok, but if someone likes to cook, not here.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The hotel also has a service to rent a bike so you did not need to look for a one. The hotel was located in a nice area.

I could not see any wheelchair or stroller access at the entrance (only stairs). The room that gave to us had no working air conditioner. We changed rooms several times but all the rooms were same. I am not sure if this was same at all rooms or the rooms at our floor. Since the air conditioner was not working the room was cold for us.

The location was great, a peaceful area of Amsterdam, but it was very easy to get to everything. Breakfasts were very good. The staff were all wonderful.

The menu in the restaurant for dinner was a bit limited, particularly if you were there for 5 nights and wanted to eat in. Maybe have a dish of the day that changes to give more variety.

Quiet, no noise from outside. Might be that I was at the back. There was a busy road at the front, so couldn't comment on that side of the hotel.

Nothing springs to mind, although didn't have breakfast there as thought €18 was a bit expensive. While I appreciate it's a buffet and you can have as much as you want, I think I'd be hard pushed to get value for money when only want a coffee and maybe a bit of cereal or toast at breakfast.
