Loved the atmosphere and the location. Very easy check-in with keyboard so I could arrive at night. Beds are very comfy and complete room is nicely decorated. Haven’t seen any staff but communication was very easy trough the booking messenger.

Staff are incredibly polite, multilingual, helpful, responsive- I can't say enough good about the staff. The design is cool and interesting, and the beds are massive. Location adjacent to Blaak metro station and Markthal is excellent.

The best staff in the world can't overcome this hotel's ineffective air conditioning. Windows are fixed, no balconies and no outdoor space of any kind, and it was STIFLINGLY hot. I don't mean "warm." I'd guess on entry that the lobby, which is floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows- was 32 degrees. Celsius. Unbearable. I was assured that AC in the rooms was working and...not really. I set my thermostat to its lowest setting and fan at highest, and I couldn't sleep because I was sweating. Windows are fixed and this was simply a nightmare. The problem resolved on the last 4 nights of my 6-night stay, not because the AC was repaired but because the weather became cool and cloudy. I don't like AC in general, but with fixed windows and warm (not hot, warm, about 26c) temperatures AC is an absolute necessity. I think the hotel should close until this is rectified- I get really bad for the staff who had to work entire shifts in this sauna.

Bed was very comfortable, staff super friendly, the area is very nice, the beach is at short distance. We took bikes to go around and the area was very pleasant. Breakfast was great, the owner even did some gluten free bread for me.

Everything the host Monique was very nice the facilities were excellent and small things like free mini bar were a very nice touch would definitely recommend this hotel and will in the future be back for another stay.. 5×

Room size and amenities were great and well design. Get us comfy through 4 nights there. Staff were very well trained and very accommodated.

Room services was interestingly came after 5PM one day, where we just come back from outside. And the supervisor just complaint that we didn't hang the card no disturb on so they will not come disturb. Coffee and Tea were not filled up properly. Anyway this is a little issue where overall still a very good services through our stay.

Comfortable and clean room. One bus stop away from Schiphol airport. Friendly staff at reception and at the bar.

We had to ask twice for bedding to be placed on the sofabed. There is a kettle in the room with espresso sized cups, I went downstairs to get bigger cups to make tea, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our one night at this hotel/
