Estherea is situated in an excellent location, close to attractions and public transport. The downstairs area of the hotel was unbelievable- we loved it. It was full of colour with bizarre and wonderful decor. Just amazing. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The bar served a variety of cocktails which my friend and I sampled. Our favourite was 'Pornstar Martini'! All the staff were helpful and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

I was a bit disappointed with the small size of the bedroom. It was prettily decorated with a lovely view, but there really wasn't much space considering the price paid.

A small hotel in an old building, kind of family-run atmosphere, more personality than the sterile major hotel chains. A good breakfast. Asked for a quiet room and got one, not much noise from the outside of the corridor. A coffee machine and a fridge in the room. Good location for visiting the Erasmus MC, also plenty of restaurants nearby.

No gym. Steep stairs, though a lift also available. A single bed in a single room (so nothing to complain really).

Great location with unique rooms we loved staying here as its far away from the center with all the crazy things happening there but with the metro near by you can be there in 10-15 minutes

Checking in was fast and friendly. We chose to stay in Aalsmeer so we could go to the flower auction. It was convenient for our purposes because it was not too far from Schiphol airport.

I like to read in bed before going to sleep but my spouse doesn’t. They have installed ceiling lights on the walls so they fill the whole room with brightness and there is no possibility of directing the light to only one area. The twin beds were nice and comfortable.

The smell in our room and infront of the room was as you are sitting in an Indian restaurant with masala smell so strong I went out to get me a room spray and literally sprayed everything and still the smell is there I wish they had a better ventilation system or a working fan by the stove

Need to improve security. Woke up in Middle of the night rushing down to exit because of false fire alarm. They someone pulled the alarm on parking lot. Should have camera there. Also need to have telephone on each room its standard for €200.00 plus room per day.
