Great guest relations. Always helpful and friendly staff. Wee located, easy walk to station and town centre. And if course! You're close to Amsterdam, Utrecht. All the central cities are a quick train trip away!

A broom or something to clean the floors. Although the apartments are cleaned weekly, there's nothing to just do a quick sweep. However, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs were provided.

No window in room which made it stuffy and the lift definitely needs some maintenance. Glass frosted door to bathroom would make this awkward for people sharing, especially non couples

Terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything in the corridor as if someone is standing next to you. The situation is not better from the outside either. Mattress worn out. The room needs to be repainted. The bathroom door needs to be replaced.
