Helpful staff on arrival to assist with check-in for those that were needing it. Room very nicely designed, hi-tech. Location 5 mins walk from Schiphol would be great in decent weather (sadly, it was terrible when I arrived, which meant a very wet and windy walk)

Good location close to the train and metro station with quick journeys to the centre of Amsterdam or the airport Felt comfortable as a solo traveler Loved the access to food or snacks 24/7 Very tidy bedroom, bathroom and communal areas

They have cubes which are way to small for 160 euros for one night for 2 people the smallest thing I ever sleeped in until now clean was ok no windows was very bad without outside light in

The location is perfect for a short walk to a blossom park.

The breakfast is too bad for what the hotel have presented. The coffee is unacceptable, no cappuccino offers but for this case is acceptable. The bread choices were poor and very less, seems like we were there for begging for something to eat. The worst part is... they even serve the expired peanut butter on the table, I'm speechless. Lastly, the staff (checking in and at the breakfast) is somehow unfriendly and seems doesn't like her job, no service minded and need better training for professional service.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and beds.

The breakfast is fixed, a box with fresh warm croissants and a bun, which is nicely done but limits if you like to choose your own breakfast.
