The ideal location! It was really in the center! A breath from the most beautiful monuments of the town and a walking distance from almost everything! The hotel was fully renovated, modern decorated and the staff was very polite, smiley and willing to help us with guidance, directions and proposals. The rooms were clean and cozy and the breakfast was free for kids under 12 years. The hotel also offered as a service a "secret" parking for 35€ per day (secret because it was under the building and you could enter only by a car elevator - but I recommend to check availability before hand with the reception) and bikes for rent that we used to go to the sea (it took us about 30' - 40' with 2 children per side) and it was really worthy!

Delightful location right in the center of Gouda. And such a charming house! One thing to note: it's an old Dutch house, so access to the upper floors is by steep spiral stairs. This is not a complaint, just be aware that you'll have some climbing.

Staffs were the best, very understanding and accommodating. Always attentive and greeted with big smile. Room is clean and tidy, good facilities within room.

Carparking space is limited, and there is not sufficient policing in reminding guests to park within lines (ie. not to occupy 2 spaces with 1 car). Breakfast is nice and choices great. Would be ideal if there are warm breakfast/ on order for fried/ scramble eggs.

No daily cleaning, very noisy bathroom they promised to fix it but nothing happened. They take deposits they promised to return it within two days but after almost one week still i didn't get my money back. Often there is no people to talk in the reception and many more bad experience.
