The Location was good (It was not too close to the center but you could have gotten everywhere very easily by bus which had a station in front of the hotel and it was 10 min walk to Amstel Station). Very Friendly and Helpful Staff especially at check out time. I liked the Personal welcome note in the room and also, the note for a drink in the bar was a nice idea. Comfortable Room. Wonderful bar. It was a lovely and amazing hotel. I loved the style, decoration and its vibrant energy.

I think it could have been cleaner. Maybe having seeing some stains made me sensitive.

Absolutely everything was wonderful. The decor was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast excellent They had 24 hour snacks, drinks, and coffee available as well. Also - there are 2 hotel cats!

Staff is incredibly friendly, shout out to Valentin such a nice person, really welcoming and friendly. Beds are comfy, location is great, very warm and nice place.

Staff was horrible. The buffet was booked up with outside guest before we arrived on property. Room design was different make it tight in space with luggage.
