The room was superb. The breakfast was incredible, and in a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better for visiting Den Bosch. We were cycling and had no problem storing our bikes in a secure, safe place. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge in the evening, sampling a great choice of draught beers!

Great location: 5 minutes walk to the tram station Nearly City Centre. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and mart around the hotel.

There was 0 otptions for breakfast for a lactose intolerant. We paid 1400 euros and I couldnt really enjoy the breakfast that should have been covered by a hotel that has 4 stars. Also, even though we checked in online before the trip (3days) phisically we were there the "latest" from the guests arriving to that specific room type. So we got a second floor room looking to a parking lot. We did change rooms to the 5th floor after 2 nights-4 nights in total. Also there are some odd things- the hotel is super expensive (food accomodation wise) but still has some cheap add to it. Fe: the salt and pepper on the table are in their original packaging bought from lidl or spar. It was a nice stay and I liked it, but I would not pay this much for it once more.

The hotel is very close to ther airport and they have a shuttle that is on time. The hotel is not that close to the city though.

Staff was not useful, they directed me to parking and did not give any instructions of how the parking works. Staff charged me at Reception and the hotel charged me again after my stay so I was charged twice. Called many times on an international line and staff were not very helpful they kept telling me we charged you only once. I sent out a request to ask if the single beds could be joined together and this was not followed. This feels like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. So they charging a 4 star rate for 3 star service. Bathroom was dirty.

Tea, coffee, milk and a kettle should be in your bedroom. I had to go and ask for tea in the morning and pay 2 euros for a tiny cup!

1) I entered the hotel early and wanted to hand in my luggage before check-in. The curly-haired girl at the reception greeted me very energetically. She said, "Let's see if your room is ready, maybe it is ready." And it was 10 a.m. She said it was ready and sent me to the very small room in the basement. When I entered the room, I was shocked. The room is level with the ground. When I open the window, all the street dust will enter the room. Then I wanted to change the room because of my asthma. The tall receptionist guy gave me a very nice room on the 3rd floor. The room was huge, that was the room I should have gone to in the first place!..Then the girl with the curly hair never even looked at me again, she was extremely sullen. 2) hotel holes smell bad like sheep sorry.
