The hotel is very quiet, away from the road, and the room I stayed in was quite large, with a nice en-suite bathroom, quite spacious compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was adequate but I did not have much time to explore it as I would have done on other times. I will most likely return.

Location perfect, away from busy city centre. Lots of choice for eating out daytime and evening. Room very quirky. Very comfortable and warm. Well appointed. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff that explained well. Code for door was easy and did not require a keycard. Fantastic location! Nice that I could leave my luggage there before checkin.

The shower you had to press the button often, otherwise the water would stop. When i open my room door to get into my room, there were a set of stairs. I don't think other rooms had this. The queue at check in was long.

The parking barrier won't work between 23:00 to 7:00 am. We have concern if any emergencies happen, what would the guest do? Three of our family was only given a 10 ml shampo bag, which was not enough.

Drains blocked in one of our rooms, despite advising when we checked out a week prior. Our friends ended up clearing the drain so the bathroom wouldn’t flood. No drawers to unpack bags, no coffee table in lounge area, very poor lighting, no information about the hotel or surrounding area in rooms (e.g. restaurant hours, local attractions). Rooms were not serviced the day after we arrived.
