  Lovely welcome from host upon arrival. Accommodation spotless. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to centre of Cheltenham. Garage near by with an M&S food section if you wanted a snack. Free parking a bonus as parking would be a challenge, especially if a match on. Lovely and quiet. Would definitely use again if in the area.

  The property was located within walking distance to the beach and other attractions. The room was very clean and bed was so comfortable.

  The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very disappointing. There was dust on the headboard, TV, Skirting boards, lamps and radiators. Hairs on the blue sofa (not ours) Cobwebs on the windows - some had large black flies in them. Scum on the shower head and mold in the grout around the bath and shower. The shower didnt work very well it either scolded you or ran cold. No extraction in the bathroom. The curtains only just met which isnt good if your on the ground floor!!
