“When I booked on line it said breakfast included....when I went down for breakfast I was told with a very poor attitude that I was not on her list and would have to pay.

I don't expect attitude from your staff when both your coffee machines where broken and all they cared about was there list.
Poor.....amateur and will not recommend to the Brands hatch community.....just needed coffee!!!!”
