Nothing we didn't like. Would tay again. Left a charger and dog lead in the room when packing, but went back up immediately and not there. ?

Excellent location. Ideal room and ensuite. Fridge and microwave provided. Clean and warm. Large garden area with seats. Totally enclosed. Gardens blooming and well looked after by property manager Simon who helped us access on arrival. Make sure you receive a WhatsApp with access details as I didn't. Dog was £15 extra but worth it. Excellent attention from Simon, nothing was too much trouble.

Wasn't sure about the internet, smart tv was in the room but nothing was working. This frustrated the kids!

Great value for money, location was excellent and it was clean and tidy. The outside rear lawned area with seating was lovely!

This will be our chosen accommodation from now on when we bring the dogs but as expected as a 'dog hotel' it is not the ritz lol But does the job, we appreciate that dogs are allowed, and will definitely return.

Location was perfect. Great place to stay with dogs. Everybody staying seemed to have dogs so didn't feel on edge if they barked. Everyone seemed respectful, but can't keep them quiet the whole time, and this made it feel relaxed as a dog owner.

It was cold, the heating would come on until the room was a comfortable temperature and then shut off again until it was bitterly cold, and then it would come back on. Fortunately we were able to use the old fashioned electric oven as a central heating unit. It would be nice if each apartment had its own heating control, or if the heating was sufficient to keep each flat warm. Mobile data on the Three Network is poor throughout the property and there's no WiFi. It would be nice if there was WiFi.

Simon was brilliant. We arrived and it was apparent the cleaners hadn't been in. Immediately he moved us into another apartment which had been cleaned. Very helpful chap. The decor was nice, it's been refurbished since the photos were taken.

We decided to stay over in Skegness this was booked very last minute, really close to town centre, details were sent via text as my phone battery was about to die. All very helpful would definitely stay again

It is ready for redecorating.The sofa isn't very comfortable.It wouldn't stop me staying again though.

There were some noisy guests staying who came in very late drunk and woke our dog who obviously barked and disturbed us. Also another flat had x3 dogs with them and they left them most of the day and they continually barked

It was dog friendly so we were able to travel As a family to see our daughter and she was able to see her dog which she cannot have with her in Skegness

Shower was a little small and water pressure was very low

Felt a little weird just letting ourselves in using the key codes. Was very clean yet basic. Fridge was a little noisy but liked the idea of having one as well as the convenience of a microwave. Room was very clean. Also liked the idea of able to take our dog with us too.

Bedroom 6 no chairs in the room. Mattress and bed difficult getting in / out as the mattress was thin and a hard bed edge.

Residents were very loud. Kept slamming front door into early hours of the morning which set our dog off barking so we couldn't sleep. Not very clean at all. Damp everywhere.

I dislike the way you have to enter without being met.we didnt get to meet the owner at all. The key boxes were difficult and it's frustrating to have to remember a weird combo letter/number code to access each time. Sleeping was impossible due to the futon mattress being flat and feeling every metal bar through it. I was dreaming sleeping on brick would be more comfortable haha. Overall not a bad stay but one night was enough. It's Also frustrating having the bathroom across the hall and needing to unlock with a key, especially being disabled and having my even more disabled mum with us.

The bed was a cabin bed and was a bit low and slightly uncomfortable.

This was a self contained room, very clean, excellent shower, plenty of tea/coffee, etc. Staff and owner very helpful and friendly.

There was noise from other guests arguing. There wasn’t any cooking facilities which wasn’t mentioned till we were on our way to the property.
