People are very nice and kind! Amazing personnel and service! Good breakfast, beautiful rooms and the hotel interior. Perfect location, my favorite district in Warsaw!!! Everything (Central station, commerces, old and new town, River and restaurants) is within a walking distance

Mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable for us. Maybe there is a service to change a mattress or pillows, but we just stayed 2 nights, so we did not ask. Otherwise, everything is really perfect!

Our apartment was upgraded to 2bedrooms apartment on ground flour. It’s a good apartment, well equipped, in private territory far from the City. A lot of playgrounds so recommend for family with children.

Terrible living conditions. It's dirty, it stinks, the linen is full of holes, the bathtub is rusty. It is impossible to contact the owner of the room. The holiday was ruined
