Love how it easy to reach the place. It's just a few steps away from the jetty. The easy self-check in system is really conducive for people who plans on checking in anytime they want.

The floor is a bit dusty. The place is a bit cramped for 2 queen beds. These are just minor parts of of it. Overall, they are all good.

Security at best. Front door always lock and need password to get in which only customer can have the password. Got friendly staff. Suitable for solo travellers.

Really difficult to find halal food nearby. had to drive 20-30 minutes to find halal restaurants. Have empty parking only at night. has to wait for a while to get parking near hotel during daytime because it's a public parking space.

Excellent location. Easy to access KLCC, Bukit Bitang and other parts of city. Comfortable room. Good bed.

Chicken with chicken on chicken and again chichen. After 8 days of stay in hotel I feel me like chicken. Various simple prepared chicken dishes but no single meat or fish or seafood dish. Even muslims not eat just chicken during all life. Suggest to improve menu from 2-star to 5-star hotel level. Also no restaurants after corner for breakfast. Closest option to walk about 500m to Pavilion shopping centre.

Shame a couple of the other cave and trails were closed now. Only other thing is that I thought I booked for one but was charged for 2 because booking.com had shown 2 instead of one. The establishment said they would refund the extra person but needed confirmation from booking.com first.
