Super friendly and accommodating managers and staff! Great location, within walking distance to the beach (15mins) and fast foods (jack in the box on yr doorstep, el Pollo chicken is 3-5mins down the rd along with donuts, panda express etc). Place was clean and tidy with comfy beds. They let us leave our bags earlier than check in so we could go explore the area until the room was ready. We found a fabulous little local bar across the road too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat - Couldn't rave highly enough about this place.

Our recent stay was fantastic. The property was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Located in a convenient spot in Sedona, it served as a great base for exploring the area. The owners were pleasant to deal with and the check-in process smooth. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others visiting Sedona.

we loved this resort!!! from the staff, to the pool area, to location, the room.. everything was beautiful. walking distance to good food spots & the beach. simple and wonderful :) would definitely stay again.

Nothing it was terrible, all I could hear at night was people fighting over “crack cocaine” absolutely terrible place do not go here, it’s an absolute catfish it doesn’t look anything like the pictures

Room was on top floor as requested, staff were welcoming. Room was good size and nicely appointed. Bathroom was a good size and heated toilet seat was great. Breakfast had excellent choices.

Roaches was every where, when booking it stated this was a smoke free hotel but when we got to our room the comforter on the bed had burnt holes on it
