The place is well taken care of. Is beautiful and it is a good location. Less than 10 mins walk from the bus station. Staff is helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is ok.

The aircon makes a lot of noise which makes it a bit difficult to sleep, needs an upgrade.

The flat is in a closed, secure condominium in front of the sea. Location is lovely.

The stairs and sofa are very dirty and the TV was not functioning properly. The internet was very slow and not secure.

Free shuttle from airport every hour. Room is clean and modern. Shower is nice.

Check in took a long time which was annoying arriving after a late evening flight. Room is smaller than expected. The 5am shuttle I wanted in the morning was full so I had to get up an hour earlier to take the 4am shuttle. Was told the tap water is not drinkable but no drinking water was provided. Staff’s suggestion was to buy bottled water at R$9 for a small bottle.

The breakfast food was disgusting, orders in the hotel restaurant were all over-salted. It was my birthday, it was indicated in the note in the booking, my friends told the staff the same thing because they ordered flowers and a cake, but the hotel did not congratulate me even with words:)
