Breakfast was OK except the cashier needs more customer care service. There should be better communication between him and reception to know whether payment was already made rather than making a customer feel like they want to eat for free when infact they paid. But the food was excellent

Ventilation in the bathrooms could be improved especially room 904. There was a stuffy smell. Non provision of lotion and combs which most 3 star hotels and lodges provide

Breakfast was great with varieties but a bit crowded, the location is great, staff is always helpful and polite, pool view is amazing and you can always find a place to sit. The beach is also good.

Most things: - the service at times - dinner - not much variety or quality - breakfast - not much variety or quality - noise from building works next door (not quiet) - pillows very uncomfortable / poor quality - bed uncomfortable / poor quality - hotel not clean - parts of hotel outside not maintained / cleaned and hazard for children - unsupervised beach at night - hazard for kids - not value for money - design of balconies (not worth paying extra for) - for some reason, it's cut in half and the floor above can see you
