When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

Absolutely everything, it’s a perfect little slice of heaven , if you want to get away from your life for a little while go here It’s clean , quiet , perfectly set out for privacy, a little honesty shop , which we used a few times , the people who own it are just so nice, fresh eggs from their own chickens that are on the site , they provided some wood to get you started and then loads you could buy if you needed more The little huts are equipped with everything you need for your stay I will definitely be back ❤️

The absolute perfect spot for visiting the iconic cathedral, literally across road to Ann’s entry gate! Breakfast was wonderful but another wonderful surprise was the evening meal 10/10

Beautiful views and clean and comfortable room. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I highly recommend the belly pork. Not the cheapest place around, but it justifies the price.

I tried to ring the hotel to let them know that I would be checking in later than expected and could not speak to anyone. I found it strange as this is a 5 star hotel and therefore the number I was given should have allowed to me to speak to someone directly at the reception. Instead I went to a recorded message system that worked from 9 to 5. When I arrived there was a party going on and the noise levels were quite high. I was surprised that the insulation was not good enough for a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast had a wide selection

No lifts, so not really disabled friendly. Rooms were very basic. No heating in rooms, so cold at night. Tea and coffee facilities was also basic, only tea or coffee, not biscuits, which hotels I've been in provide individual packets. The toilet roll was worse that what you het at school. Very thin and cheap. The pool was good, but again due to having children swimming lessons the disabled sloping walk in steps was not usable. If you wanted to use the pool, you had to use the upright steps. Hotels normally provide luxury. This did not
