The location is excellent and it was very handy having access to EV chargers in the car park. You do have to pay for parking on top of the room charge but this was very reasonable for a Saturday night on Shakespeare's birth/deathday weekend. An iron and ironing board in the room was handy.

The room was very noisy. We could hear a generator a lot of the time and we must also have been above the toilets for the bar as we regularly heard hand dryers too. There was no fridge in the room and - scarily - there were bare live wires where the fridge would previously have been, which was very dangerous.

I didn’t have time for breakfast, but had dinner there, baked salmon was fairly good, the green salad bowl is way too big for one, finished only half of it. Should have options for the size. Easy access link to terminal 2.

Great location, lovely friendly welcome, manager went above and beyond by waiting for our late arrival to show us into our room. Friendly happy staff waiting on tables, good food and we tried all the beers. Thank you

Totally love staying here. Its peaceful. Tranquil and elegant for half the price. Views are unbelievable. The little village is lovely to stroll through in the morning. Food is always amazing . Staff are amazing to.

I like the lemon water on entrance. The servers were nice enough to make my mum some hot water with her dinner as well. The food was also quite good.

The room was a little small and dark. The toliet doesn't work properly. One of the female staff member by the bar was a bit standoffish.

The location is top. Paddington Station is right on the corner, lots of shops and restaurants in the area.

Breakfast is very simple, everyday the same, missed atleast some eggs. The room was not clean, we had hair from others and old dust, but for a short period is good.
