“We booked in as we were visiting family, the room was on the top floor and was so hot, the shower leaked all over the floor, sink cracked. Did try to upgrade but was told it was full
Opening the windows we were kept awake most nights by the noise of the air conditioning over the hotel

“I’m hoping to get a refund as we didn’t even stay the night, false advertising, bar was shut, no humans to talk too,ghost town at 7.15pm at night!, towels in the room had mold on them 🙈, I’ve stayed in hundreds of places but this is the very worst, room opposite were filming a xxx film, guy walking around the hallway with a hammer , like a scene 🎬 out of a horror movie
Reminded me of out-patients at the hospital, all the guests walking around in flip flops & socks with no brain 🧠 cells, like a zombie movie
I really hope they can improve on the place

“Easy access from the motorway, central for what we needed. Plenty of parking. Friendly check in and decent sized room. Comfortable bed and what we needed for one night. We didn't get chance to check out the leisure facilities.
Breakfast selection was great and excellent service.”
