Breakfast was great, lots of variety from hot to cold, fruits and bakery goods. Fresh juice and hot drinks. Hot chocolate was like water/hot milk so think this needed refilling

The mattress was hard like a rock, was a topper on the top but didn't make much difference. Duvet and pillow super comfortable but myself and partner didn't sleep well which was very disappointing as everything else at the hotel was well above what was expecting. Also parking extremely expensive considering staying at the hotel for just 10hrs over night cost £16.50 nearly the cost of breakfast

Beautiful building , good room, recently refurbished dining room and Bar area . Really friendly staff without we’re all very busy

The only area that let it down was the corridor on the ground floor to our room (rotor 102) and the doors to the rooms and doors in the room need refurbished to be in keeping with the rest of the hotel. I’m sure this is next on their list too so 🙂

there was yet more hair and the floor. bathroom with my flip flops. and the man was pretty unwelcoming as a paying customer the need for photo id I found that rather rude . in manner and the suspicion granted my arrival. booking.com provide less intrusive methods of identification.
