Was a little cold at times, The carpets are curled up at the edges, trip hazard. Most of the lightbulbs didnt work.

My stay at this Airbnb house in Chester was an absolute delight from start to finish. Tucked away in a quaint neighborhood, this charming retreat offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and character.

The house had everything we needed and was very homely and comfortable. Family friendly with safety gates, highchair and plenty of room. It was well presented and I felt comfortable as its been well thought out for example decorations and ornaments were up out of the way of small hands. The location was great for the zoo and was in easy reach of shops and eateries etc.... The process was made easy and smooth by the communication emails sent by the owner, thank you. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelt lovely as did the towels. I would book again.

The only feedback is the rugs in the living room and the landing were curling up at the edges and as we had an elderly relative with us it was a trip hazard unfortunately.

House was spotless, clean, tidy, comfortable, warm and fab location for the zoo! Very informative welcome pack and good communication.

I had stayed in another of the host’s nearby properties previously. This one was slightly less attractive but had the bonus of two toilets so not a complaint .

Great location . Plenty of space and rooms . Downstairs loo great bonus with children / elderly relatives.

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The pictures actually don’t do it justice. Bedrooms were amazing with TVs in the double and king room. It was clean and homely. The location for the zoo was perfect, 2 minute drive. Shops at the top of the estate which included and Spar, Premium, Indians and Fish and chip shop.

This isn't the properties fault at all, but worth noting that due to Chester Zoo closing off their bridal path, it's no longer as quick/easy to walk to the zoo.

Perfect location and great sized home for a family. We visited Chester Zoo for a wedding so the house provided plenty room for us all to get ready - it was clean, comfortable and fairly well priced compared to other places we looked at.

The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zoo House. You really can hear the animals from the zoo on a morning - sounds fantastic! The house was a real home from home with plenty of facilities for children. Such as plastic plates , cutlery, toys, high chair ,baby gates and a cot. The house is also set in a lovely family oriented area , so really had a lovely atmosphere. If we visit Chester again we will definitely be back. The kids didn’t want to leave their ‘holiday house’! Thank you.

A real home from home with all you need for a very comfortable stay and more. The house suited a family of 5 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 5 months perfectly, very well equipped, plenty of space to sit and relax and eat together and the bonus of parking for 3 cars. The proximity to the Zoo is fantastic - amazing to hear the gibbons screeching in the mornings and evenings! Communication with Will was excellent with detailed information sent the day before and the key code on the day. We would definitely stay again!

The only thing that would have made our visit top notch were having one more provided (although this was a big issue) - clean towels were provided for everyone staying in a bed except our youngest (each bed had a towel but as the cot bed needs to be put up when you get there if you need it, there wasn’t a towel left for that), so 1 extra towel would have been good. -

The property was clean, and catered for young children (baby gates, a travel cot, high chair and child-safe tableware were provided which were needed for my 1 year old). We also loved the animal theme throughout - the four year olds loved it, seeing as we were staying there to go to Chester Zoo which was only minutes away!

External porch door was broken so didn’t close or lock but inside door locked at all times so was not a major issue.

House very well equipped and very spacious. There was more than enough space to our 2 families sharing. It was child friendly, and accommodated really well for our young children. We would most definitely recommend and will absolutely return again the next time we visit the zoo (10mins walk from the house) Private drive which was great. Communication with the home owner was great and really informative regarding everything you need to know.

the only lacking thing was there was no hairdryer which was supposed to be available. also the bunk beds didn’t feel very stable so were not suitable for older children or adults.

Fantastic accommodation for family great location for those wanting to visit Chester Zoo. Home from home feeling with plenty of space and great cooking facilities available. The property was great, in a lovely quiet area, but close to the zoo, the aquarium and the park and ride for Chester. there were a few places nearby to eat/get takeaways too. The house was very well equipped for children. There was a travel cot, a highchair, plastic (penguin) dishes for young ones, and even a toy box! Our grandchildren loved the animal pictures and decorations in the house, especially the elephant towels!

I liked everything.

The house was super clean , beautifully decorated in excellent condition. Very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Clear instructions. Excellent communication. Perfect location for the zoo. Brilliant chip shop at the end of the road!!! Excellent large kitchen with easy to use cooker. There were toys for the child, board games (my husband had numerous games of chess with my 7 year old grandson to teach him how to play!!) . Loads of DVDs . Smart TV so we could log into Netflix. The place exceeded expectations. Also loved the fact that they encouraged recycling and provided clearly marked bins tucked neatly away in the kitchen.
