They didn't clean my room when I asked, and they didn't change the bed covers. No kettle or iron

there was yet more hair and the floor. bathroom with my flip flops. and the man was pretty unwelcoming as a paying customer the need for photo id I found that rather rude . in manner and the suspicion granted my arrival. booking.com provide less intrusive methods of identification.

Internet was unfortunately poor, with WiFi switching on and off (occasionally switching off without remembering password). Tv signal was also poor on some channels.a bit pricy but worth it.

Good Guest house with everything you need. I had an excellent spacious room, well decorated with nice pictures on the wall, comfortable double bed, excellent shower and toilet facilities, a lot of space around. Good furniture though a bit old fashioned.

It’s my favourite hotel in Burntisland now and have stayed here on many occasion, I cannot fault it for the price, It’s Spotlessly clean has lots of light from massive windows, free on street parking, power shower, smart tv & last but not least a nice friendly host!

We stayed on the top floor and after recently having 2 knee operations the stairs were very steep and a challenge for me to get up and we had to be very careful with having a small child as well but the stairs would be no problem for a fitter & younger person than myself.

Very good value for money even with a £10 late check-in charge given we did arrive until nearly midnight where the owner contacted me to advise of the late check-in and I was able to provide him with a ETA which was a little bit later than expected. Overall very good value for money with a clean en-suite room & comfortable bed which was all that we required.

We do not recommend it one hundred percent! Especially with a child. It was very dirty. The heating didn't work. I had to change the room! In the second room, the TV didn't work.

Should have booked for 2, I think the price would be the same. My single bed room would be the pokiest little room I've seen, the walls were paper thin. First night, the couple next door got pretty cosy, bed squeaked like mad and then some groaning. Lucky it didn't last long! Then the next night, the mob on the other side got stuck into it,. No laundry, no frig, just a very basic room.

Couldn't get anything reasonable over east Lothian way, took a chance on burntisland, location turned out not too bad. Near a couple of pubs, a great burger place, and the train

The location. The number of plug outlets AND USB sockets in the room. The heating - the weather was cold but inside the room was toasty warm. The smart TV & the wifi.
