the lack of parking and the cost of the nearest parking bay was ridiculous, £40 to park for 24 hours is not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination

everything was great, the room, docor and facilities all acceptable as was the location as it is very close to the battersea power station development

The only thing that was not ideal was that one day we left the "Do not disturb" sign on the door but the room was service was still provided when we weren't in the room. Nothing happened of course, but we didn't really like that.

The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The room was spacious and quiet, it had all we needed to stay comfortably. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, so we were able to have a hot bath one time and usually used the shower. The neighborhood was ideal, very quiet and with a bus stop nearby.

I would have preferred a nice cup of hot tea with breakfast. No bowling water, only hot so tea only warm and tea flask no good

I have asked for room with separate beds, but this request was not satisfied. The beds themselfs are TOO soft. It was not comfortable to sleep.

Great stay! Great location with amazing place around. Short walk and you are at Buttrsea mall. Good transport connection, we used bus, subway, boat. Rooms very quite

The breakfast was cold/ luke warm The plates were cold The coffee was horrible

The room was a good size, especially the bed. Nice extras, fridge, dressing gown and toiletries. Cleaners came in every day. The tube station and Thames clipper were very near the hotel. Great area with plenty to see.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic - no glasses for juice, had to keep asking for breakfast items to be refilled (scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit etc) Poor quality bread (thin sliced bread) and cheap looking pastries. There were some nice looking seeded bagels but not enough were put out so they went immediately and then you had to wait again! Staff were doing their best but seemed overwhelmed by it all!

We had a two bedroomed suite which was perfect for us (4 friends for an overnight stay). The lounge and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Fantastic location for Battersea power station. Helpful and friendly staff.

For such a big hotel, the gym (fitness ) facilities were extremely poor. If you had 4 people in there, it would be basicly at full capacity.

Could have had more information from the receptionist. She only gave brief information on the room location. Found it difficult to find any information on the spa or gym in the room itself. No brochure or folder. Finally found it was on the TV but it wasn’t very clear about location and opening times, booking spa treatments. Felt many guests might stay at the hotel without knowing these facilities existed.

The hotel was in a fab location with a brilliant car park next door. The rooms were lovely and spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good and they provided me with gluten free toast. Excellent priced hotel.

An excellent hotel with spacious rooms. The location is good although public transport isn’t immediately outside so expect a 15 walk to get anywhere. Next to Battersea Power Station development with some excellent restaurants.

Slightly old fashioned - in an a nice way, sort of continental in that aspect.
