      This was a beautiful hotel, the outside gives you no idea of the age of the inside. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. I had curry for dinner, it was the best I have ever eaten, it was amazing! We were given a room upgrade on arrival, I had asked for a garden view but we were very happy with the room we were given. The bed was very comfy.

      We loved the friendly staff and location and our room was made up every day with fresh towels, and toiletries and tea,coffee and biscuits replenished. The room was really comfortable and the hotel only a few minutes walk to metro.

      Cheap price. That's the only good thing you can say. Check out reviews on YouTube to see what it's like. It's also close to the train station.

      In a very rough and sketchy area of the city. You have to walk down a long alleyway in an abandoned industrial area to find this place. It's right next to the railway line and the building is not soundproof so you will hear the trains in your pod. 16 pods in total. A small number of showers and toilets which are OK in terms of cleanliness. The pods are just wooden boxes with a thin single mattress, thin pillow and they give you an old worn out towel. There is one plug socket in your pod, a USBC point and a small USB fan. There is no aircon or airflow in the pod T all. The walls are very thin. You will hear your neighbours clearly if they're on the phone. Can't believe they let two people book to sleep in one pod. That would be a very tight squeeze.

      Breakfast awful and no table service given to the disabled. Over priced. Dinner poor value and again over priced.

      Charge extra for everything. No products in the bathroom so had to go and buy some. No Sky Tv in the lounge or bedroom. Difficulty in understanding spoken language. Late room cleaning.

      The exterior and interior of the property were lovely. Breakfast was ok.

      On arrival, the reception desk was unattended, we waited for staff but had to search for someone to help. Having already notified them of our arrival time. No one helped carry our luggage up to our room. Our room was in the loft, with lots of low beams to bang our heads on. This room is only suitable for short people. The fire alarm went off at 7.30 am! We were the only people that evacuated. No staff members checked to see if guests were ok or had left the building. The building stunk of fish!

      Room felt very claustrophobic as no windows and sleep was really difficult due to the green overhead light that stayed on all night! Apparently an emergency light but horrendous as room glowed!
