The kettle in our room didn’t work or the tv. The kettle was fixed very promptly. We had a long wait for our breakfast.

All the staff were very friendly, extremely rare to find such good service nowadays. The decor in the room was different but good different and the bed was so so comfortable, best nights sleep!! Unfortunately we did not have time to eat but their coffee was amazing.

We were hassled out of the downstairs bar area and not able to drink alcohol after 11pm which is a bit ridiculous as residents in a hotel. When I checked my invoicing, they had indeed charged me for 3 nights but they corrected this when I called, but I still needed to call.

There was a mix up with my booking, which was my mistake arriving a day late. After initially saying they couldn't do anything about it, they came good and moved my 2 night dates forward by a day as it was clearly a genuine mistake. As a result, I would go there again. The front desk staff were great.

Staff was not too welcoming. Coffee in the room is bad. A better version of instant or a Nespresso machine would be more pleasing.

The location is excellent, cute neighborhoods and access to central London. Great view, room is stylish and comfortable. Great that there is fresh milk for the 'coffee' and an empty minifridge for guests to use as they like.

Service sometimes took a while at the bar. And the food took a little longer than expected but the staff apologised.

The team at Hoxton Southwark went out of their way to help me celebrate 🍾 my anniversary. A welcome 4.8 stars. I had a great time.

Hox Benny and orange juice at Albie are a bit disappointing. It will be good if they also serve pancakes and English breakfast instead of item by item....

Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff, cleaniness of rooms, and porsche ambience at Seabird restaurant. Very hip and vibrant atmosphere on the whole. I do like the makeup room service only provided based on request. Daily free milk and drinking water are provided. The casual and yet comfy breakfast area at Albie. I felt like I was not in London, but rather sonewhere in a hiking resort.

Very small room could barely open my suitcase. no mini bar, about a 15 min drive to all central London areas.

Ventilation could be better, you can't open a window to aerate the room and there was a bit of unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, nothing too bad though. A bit of confusion with breakfast in the morning, we ended up paying for tea and coffee which I was told would be free when checking in. My partner wasn't aware of it so he didn't realise when he paid for the breakfast. Not a major issue but all staff should be on the same page.

No irons in the room. Only this steamer thing that takes forever and a day to heat up, and doesn't work as well as an iron.

The VIBE of this place is amazing. It's got a sort of "young energy" and upbeat character that is really refreshing. If you like great food and drinks in the same hotel as high quality accommodations, this is the place for you. Seriously.

No drawers for clothes just a small rail. You don’t get housekeeping unless you ask for it but when you do it is excellent.

Relaxed hotel and friendly staff. Great location. Excellent seafood restaurant on top floor. Book your table in advance!! Buy stuff for your mini bar at reception at supermarket prices.
