great location service breakfast. the apartment was well maintained was a few issues with blinds in living room not working. great location easy to get from railway station and to the centre of Manchester.

Breakfast let the whole stay down. Buffet was basic and of average quality. Cooked breakfast was ok but not great and expensive. Really let the whole stay down. If I came back I would not eat here again

People slamming doors at all hrs near my room. This was no fault of the hotel and I believe if I had have complained the hotel staff would have dealt with the situation swiftly but I was far 2 tired 2 complain and managed 2 fall asleep.

Very unclear about the bed situation. One of us had to sleep on the chair. Says there was one sofa bed and one futon. But no that's only if you pay for the higher priced one although it definitely mentions 2 seperate beds. Host was very unhelpful and cheeky as well. Key pick was in a very dodgy shop as well. The room only had a thin sliding door between us and the other people sharing the flat so could hear them every time they were in the kitchen.
