If you are a business and trying to get an invoice, you will have a hard time. Back and forth, back and forth with the messages. Even Booking. com couldn't have a conversation with them, as apparently they don't speak English. The radiator is behind your head, and very noisy. The hallway leading to the room smells awful. Therefore, I would not recommend this property.

When I arrived checked in, my room key didn't work in the door as the actually door system was broken on the room, i went down to the reception and was immediately told that there was nothing they could so, i then asked if i could move rooms witch i was told i could not as there where no rooms left. Which was a lie as you could still book rooms through booking.com for the hotel. So ended up being escorted up to my room to be opened by a master key every time i came back to the hotel. I then complained that the toilet was leaking, the gentleman came up threw a towel on the floor and told me again there was nothing they could do and the towel would soak up the water. I just couldn't believe what i was hearing. Paying £350 a night for this is ridiculous will never stay again and extremely disappointed.

We purposely went there because it was dog friendly but we thought we would be on the ground floor so we could let the dog out at night but we was on the second floor and had to go up and down six flights of stairs which was not good for my knees

No fault of the property! But neither my car satnav nor my iPhone recognised the postcode. The hotel is in the middle of a pedestrianised area, and street signs were not good. Having found somewhere to park my car I set off on foot, but ended up going half a mile down (and back) the right street the wrong way … 😳😉
