Our room was very small compared to our cousins next door and same price - very narrow between bed and dressing table had to walk sideways room was in corner - no alternative milk options offered. Breakfast too expensive so ate at McNeills Pub

Good lighting comfortable bed.- great location for Royal.Palladum.and Carnaby, Oxford and Regent Street.

They didn't fill up with coffee in the room. We had to ask for new coffee

The room was fine, nice and clean with good bed. Location is excellent in our view. Close to shopping, restaurants and bars, basically in the hart of London. Easy to get transport to ever ever you want to go. Big smile from us

The swimming pool, sauna and changing room was not great at all. I was hoping for time to swim and spa but the facilities were not suitable.

The location was fantastic, loads of shops and bars nearby, the nearest pub being directly across the road. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was nice.

Unfortunately, I slipped in the bath both times I had a shower. I stated that I had a disability when I booked and the bath/shower was very inaccessible. The kettle had limescale and the pillows were difficult to rest with. We usually do not spend as much as we did on this hotel booking, so we were expecting a high quality experience and do not feel that the stay met our expectations/hopes. The location was brilliant for the show we attended (at the London Palladium) but unfortunately, that was the only thing we felt was worth the money we spent.

We were impressed by all the staff as they were helpful and friendly along with the location.

The height adjustment on the shower was broken, limited hanging space for clothes, there wasn't a socket for the hairdryer near a mirror and there was an open soap and used towel left in our second room.

Staff were all very friendly, breakfast choice was good and we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge following check out

Said on website pool was shut so didn't bring swimwear. TV didn't work had to call maintenance. Bar was shut when we got back from the show at 11pm. Breakfast was OK but asked if there was a menu the lady said no I had Breakfast then see another resident had poached eggs which I would have had but sadly found staff not bothered about us. We usually stay at the Apex and sadly there is no comparison as they know how to look after their guests.

There were a few touches missing that you would expect from a hotel at this price point. No dressing gowns to head down to the spa / pool in. No umbrellas for guests to borrow, no coffee machine in the room. £22.50 per person for breakfast is a little over the top.

Incredible location next to the Palladium. Concierge staff were great!

People seemed to just walk in off the street and sit in the lobby so questionable security, and in room coffee was instant, which is okay but no biscuits and nothing in the minibar.

Location excellent, very comfortable beds good and easy to use tv. Clean and tidy, a quiet retreat. Historical building retaining some interesting features from the courthouse.

We were very disappointed that our 15 year old son had to sleep on a sub standard 'camp bed' which only had two thin mattress toppers instead of a mattress, this resulted in there being a big gap in the base and him having a very uncomfortable night with little to no sleep. At £400 for one night stay this is unacceptable, specially when the likes of Premier Inn charge considerably less and provide a much improved spare bed product.

The bathroom was a little "tired" with some wear and tear. There was no mirror in the bedroom. The selection of beverages in the room was pretty basic and not even a tiny biscuit available.

Friendly staff. Great location for central London. Lots of magazines.

    Breakfast

reading the reviews of the hotel i was wary. However, I chose it based on the location which was excellent. the hotel may not be five star, but it is very good. the staff (especially Ramadan at breakfast and the doorman) were helpful. you don't even find such staff in a five star hotel. the breakfast was not very good but ramadan made it great. the only negative was that the room door did not open with the cards, however the next day they found us a room to change
