The bed was most difficult. There was only access from the end which entailed crawling to the top of the bed, however with bad knees I can’t crawl, so had to wriggle up on my backside. I turned it round for the second night and put the pillows at the foot so there was less distance to wriggle as I could swing my legs up onto the bed more easily.

I night light or motion sensor for the wet room, which is also the toilet, would have been useful as it is an inside room with no light bleeding from anywhere else.

Lis & Neale were very pleasant people. We had a comfortable two night stay with excellent breakfasts both mornings. The guest pantry with snacks and fresh milk is a nice touch. The parking pass was appreciated & the guest house is in a good location.

The bathroom was lovely with novelty toilet programming. Obviously view from room was amazing as to be experienced once in a lifetime.

Hotel starts on 35th floor. Limited space to sit somewhere comfortably and watch world below without having to buy a drink if you arrive before check in time. Had to chase up getting room key after the allocated 4 pm check in time. Got luggage an hour after getting in room trying to locate it. Lack of VIP Lounge area dependent on pricing of room in comparison to one other 5* that I know of. Location only on Northern Line on underground route and felt like an end of road (terminal) stop. Work being carried out externally and along the road from hotel.

I had an joining room and as a si gle traveller didn't feel that safe. Also the room next door tried to access my room through the door multiple times and was very loud through the door. Not a great experience.
