“There was so much on offer! The staff were really excellent, enjoyed a couple of the fitness classes - the blacklight spinning, the TRX, yoga and trampoline fitness with Rodrigo - all at a great level to be inclusive but still a great workout. The buffets were excellent. We had the junior suite and it was huge, I can only imagine the other rooms are even more spectacular!”

“The hotel is cozy and the room with terrace I booked was great. I loved the fact that breakfast was included, fresh fruit and juices were served every morning, with a daily special from Gabriel that was cooking…he is lovely 😀. The room was equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body shower. The location is great, as it is close to the beach and to the main central area. They offer free bikes for rent and beach towels, which is genius. I did not find it particularly noisy, besides the Saturday but if you want to be central you need to consider there will be nightlife as well. Everything is walking distance, you don’t necessarily need a car, although I wanted to visit cenotes , etc. I was by myself so I found it safer to ask the hotel helping me booking transfers, which they did. Taxis are extremely expensive, I therefore suggest you rent a car or use other transportation instead. The girls at the desk were always available 24/7 and extremely helpful. The girl from the night shift was very sweet and welcoming 😀 Claudia which was there daytime has been professional and proactive. I will definitely recommend staying there 😍”
“Staff were really sweet and always greeted us with a smile. They were very attentive to our needs, from beach towels to our request to change rooms due to a crack on the door (we stayed for a week and mosquitoes might get in). Walking distance to 5th ave and the public beach! Room was always refreshed everyday and new towels were ready after a long day in the water! Really appreciate that! The breakfast place included was a minute walk away but we loved it there. Nice big portions a la carte menu, its not a problem at all!”
