Hotel is generally okay, However I have stayed at a lot of Accor Hotels and this was the worst of the lot. Good car park, quite big and plenty of good spots. Good selection of Tv channels...

Bathroom was dirty, the toilet hadn't been cleaned and the bin still full of the previous occupants trash. No express checkout Staff don't man the reception they sit behind a barrier in a room behind the reception.

Beautiful holiday park in great location. 5 mins walk into town and surrounded by nature. We had a great stay and the staff we're very helpful and attentive.

Customer service was absolutely appalling, so much so it off set the satisfactory standard. I spent 20 to 40 mins trying to get into buildings. Another 15 for a staff member, and another 15 in discussion with the receptionist who refused to give me his name or the name of anybody to who I could make a formal complaint. It is advertised as 24 hour reception. The contact board was turned around and hidden so I only if I climbed over the rope and went behind reception could I have instructions to call a receptionist. From the car park I dialled reception 6 times and sent an email, receptionist called me liar even when I showed him on my phone! Not what you want gone midnight after having driven 300 miles. Despite what was stated on my booking email, he insisted I pay £50 deposit or could leave (not an option). God knows for what as bar and cafe shut, and I need to leave by 0800. I had already paid in advance on a none refundable booking. Absolutely awful. Would rather have slept in my car. I recorded the conversation, (after about 10 mins) with the knowledge of the receptionist, in the event anybody had the temerity to insinuate it did occur as it did.

Carry suitcases down flights of stairs with children wasn't ideal but it didn't ruin our stay.

Would of liked to have had a walk around the hotel such a beautiful building We checked in late monday evening. We had other plans made for Tuesday morning unfortunately time was against us. Definitely coming back later in the year .possibly looking at Christmas ..
