The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms were a good size for a group of 4. The food in particular was amazing and is not to be missed. Keiseki dinner was an interesting experience but better if we had some guide/instruction on how to proceed with the meal.

Staff service was excellent. We had a last minute change of plans with an early bus to Tokyo and staff kindly drove us to Kawaguchiko Station as taxi was hard to come by at that time.

The location is absolutely perfect! The hostel is located at around 5min from the park Oishi where you actually have the best view on the Mont Fuji and the Lake. Seeing this view early in the morning when there is nobody else is really special! When you arrive at Kawaguchiko station, you can purchase an all day ticket bus to sightseeing buses, which take you to the hostel in 20min! The place is also very cleaned and confortable! The showers and restrooms are very cleaned and nice! There is a confortable communal room and there even is a game room!

Two great onsens, one with a view onto the lake. Dinner and breakfast all included. Lovely slightly old-fashioned hotel in lots of guests walked around in kimonos even for dinner and breakfast. Wonderfully relaxed place in a great location.

We had a lovely stay at the Orange Cabin Inn in Kawaguchiko. The economy twin room was spacious enough and comfortable. The shared bathroom and toilet were clean and convenient. We particularly enjoyed the spacious lounge area, which offered a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Its location was perfect for exploring the area and it was close to the town. A very nice place to stay!
This hotel is in a great location. This hotel is for travellers who are travelling on a very limited budget. The rooms are typical old Japanese, shared bathrooms, (male & females together) large rooms with futons on the floor, this hotel is in need of a renovation, it is very grubby,. Very limited English spoken. Located on a very busy road .Also great views of Mt Fuji from your bedrooms.

Beautiful and comfortable building, owners were very kind, provided additional services (e.g. bike rental, directions to local onsen). Very good value for money. Location is good for hiking and visiting the lakes on a budget. You can see Mt. Fuji from the living room, and there is a full sized bath!
The couple running the place are so kind, helpful and friendly! The room was cozy with a view of Fuji and the lake is basically at the door, perfect location with train a 10 min walk away and bus stops right there. Not many restaurants around but Lawson's is always good for a feed. We also had dinner one night at the guesthouse and it was exceptional. The onsen can be used be privately which we loved. This is really an amazing budget-friendly stay!
Location is excellent, right next to Gyu Kaku (grilled beef restaurant we go to for apres ski), super easy to access from West Tokyo where we live, and super easy to go to Fujiten Ski resort (about a 20 min drive). There's a corner shop (Lawson) right next to it, and there are many vending machines inside the hotel.
The rooms are always very clean and well kept. Really recommend this budget hotel!
