The room is the best of best for us in this trip and appreciated to staff service mind, fast reply when you have question and room very very clean. Very good location, not far from train station or public transport. Nearly Kurumo market, nearly many restuarants, minimart Lawsons, FamilyMart that you can walk. You can take the train to any destinations at Namba Station so easy and so convenience, you can take the train from Kansai airport to Namba station around 1.20 hrs with Nankai Line no transfer to other line just one connect and walk around 700 maters to the Apartment Hotel 11. I will be back to stay here again for sure. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I vote 10 10 10 😊👍
