We had the most relaxing stay here, the room was so cosy yet spacious and we were able to book the onsen for private use after dinner for an hour which was a great experience. The dinner and breakfast was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious- it was a perfect sample of local foods and dishes we wouldn't have been able to order on our own in a restaurant. You will leave very full! This was such a special experience and would definitely recommend anyone staying in hakone stays here!

Great location, a few minutes from the lake. Clean and comfortable, you get a locker for your luggage, the bed is nice and soft and although the room was pretty small(like shown and described) it was all that we needed. Great stuff and service-you can order food and drinks at the hotel if you’d like.

After using the public bath, they amenities available: lotion, shaving supplies, and hair products are amazing. The rooms are very comfortable as well. It is right next to the train station so easy to get to.
