“My partner and I randomly chose the Sheraton for our honeymoon trip. Honestly, we didn’t have high expectations. However, upon arrival, we were greeted by smiling faces at 2 a.m., which immediately won us over. The exceptionally friendly staff at check-in were incredibly professional. The room was very pleasant, extremely clean, and gave us a cozy, home-like atmosphere. As a welcome surprise, the hotel had prepared a small cake for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture. As for the hotel’s location, it’s a fantastic starting point for various destinations, many of which are nearby. The hotel also has a private beach, beautifully maintained, and there’s a pool right next to it, offering a refreshing break on hot days. I would also like to praise the pool bar staff—sometimes it felt like they could read my mind, as they were always there when I needed something. They were truly amazing. The hotel restaurant was a 10/10. From breakfast to dinner, everything was at the highest level—the food was fresh and delicious, and there was something for everyone. The staff deserves every compliment. I haven’t encountered such kind people on my travels in a long time. The dedication, hard work, and commitment to each guest, taking the time to fulfill even the smallest request, are truly praiseworthy.
I will gladly return, and the Sheraton and its staff will remain among my fondest memories. Thank you!”
