“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Arjaan Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
The hotel’s facilities are top-notch. The pool area is a perfect spot to relax, and I loved the well-equipped fitness center poolside staff Tanveer and Mahesh went out of way to help and please the Guests. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service impeccable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. Specially Sangeeta the senior hotel manager was absolutely brilliant. What we noticed about her was that she helped the staff working alongside them and her customer services were unbelievable. The other young lady staff her name was Doda again she simply brilliant she knew each morning and remember what the guest next day and their requirements. In my opinion these two individuals deserve the best Promotion available in the hotel.
What truly stood out to me was the staff's dedication to providing excellent service. They were always ready to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
The location of Arjaan Hotel is also a major plus, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. It made exploring the area a breeze!
Overall, my experience at Arjaan Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to return”
“Hotel allowed us into room early, which we were extremely grateful for above and beyond our expectations. The location is fantastic, just 5 to 10 to minutes taxi to everywhere you want to go on Yas Island. Breakfast is good, and 24-hour coffee machines are excellent value. Special mention to staff member Olinad who was outstanding an absolute star.”
