Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarThe rooms are not up to mark for a 5 star rating. I had to change my room due to various issues. The other room offered also had issues. So did not highlight it again. Things like broken cupboard door and electric sockets. Linen are torn. Foul smell from the drain in my first room. Refrigerator not working. AC thermostat was not functioning properly. Calls are answered very late. Baggage service took over half an hour to arrive at room for checkout.
The hotel appearance and their front desk staff were very good. Front desk manager Glen was very helpful and was open to listening and talk. Helped with my room change and late check out. Very close to the grand mosque.

United Arab EmiratesThe car parking needs to use several different elevators. The TV is very old and does not have a lot's of programs, and it's not smart, so I can go to YouTube. The room ac is hot.. The in room food price is a little bit high compared to the hotel reating and very poor list.. There is no hotel tour, for example, on Room TV.
The room and the bathroom size are very good .

United Arab EmiratesFor the room service, we order pizza almost 2 hours arrived and the pizza is already dried. We keep on following up, then they said it arrived but different room number so it goes back to kitchen. Ir arrived but the crust of pizza is not good already coz its reheated only.
Swimming pool and their breakfast serving is good, though the sounds in the pool bar is kinda over powering, if u just want to rest. And they allowed smoking while dipping on the pool. Which is not so good coz what if the ashes will fall in the water. And some guest dont like the smoke.
