Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesEveryone is very nice always ready to serve you except the reception desk when I checked out at about 11:10 I asked reception desk name Ann about 10% service charge for what kind service. She even did not look what I showed her and said not knowing what agency gave this charged. I understand agency provided room rate but they can decide tax and service rate. Furthermore she didn't listen to me and insisted on not knowing what the service charge for. Finally I had to require to talk to her manager. She didn't answer my request looked not let me to talk her manager. After I insisted she asked me to sit . After 5 minutes later, she came up to me and tell me what was service fee for, but finally I still didn't see her manager.

Exceptional from start to finish, this was such a relaxing afternoon and evening, just what we needed. Berna on reception was lovely, we were guided to our suite and everything was taken care of. I could sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean for hours! We look forward to returning soon.

New ZealandEverything at this hotel was exceptional. If you are thinking of staying here, just book your stay! Look no where else because this is the absolute best you’ll get in Abu Dhabi. Everything really does go beyond your expectations. The staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to serve you. Complimentary tea and dates upon arrival. You get escorted to your room by the reception staff. We got a beautiful jar of pure honey upon check out too! There is everything in this hotel, you don’t even need to step out. We had buffet at vendome and it was purely divine. We were celebrating our honeymoon and my husbands birthday for which we got complimentary chocolate cake in our room with bouquet of roses, chocolate dipped strawberries and a box of chocolate covered dates. The staff at vendome gave us the most delicious slice of chocolate cake as well for my husbands birthday and the chefs came out to check on us too which was so sweet. There are free camel rides and paddle boarding and kayaking too. This hotel is truly a gem. Can’t wait to go again!!
