I want to thank all staff of hotel from the valet of the car to the manager. Excellent service. All to care for you, as for the important person. Everything is personalized and directed to excellent rest. The best coast in the Emirates. Beautiful snow-white beach with best sea. Beautiful territory. Tasty food in buffet and also at restaurants (which 5 pieces on a territoiiya, any kitchen). Fine rest for children. Separate thanks of RIXI child club for children: really very interesting leisure for children: from the ballet to master classes on cooking. Delighted children. In hotel there is a small aquapark for children. It is worth updating the equipment of hills in aquapark a little: not all to turn also traces of use. But up to 9 years very much it to be pleasant to children. Cheerfully. Seldom it is possible to find aquapark in hotels of Abu Dhabi in the territory, but here it is. We recommend this hotel for rest with children. We love it. It ‘s the best Rixos in UAE.🇦🇪

I was a bit annoyed at the fact they decided to paint some part of our room on the day we arrived. And there was an extremely strong smell of paint in our room for the 1st day and night. There was no alternative option given to us and we had 2 kids with us. We had to leave our room as soon as we checked in as it was so strong we couldnt stay in the room.

It is a beautiful hotel. The beach was stunning. And the rooms were very big plenty of space for our family.

It was all perfect!

The Hotel was outstanding! We can to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary and could not have wished for more. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute. We arrived early on the Friday and immediately were warmly welcomed by the concierge. Check in was very efficient and we were given a welcome drink. Whilst check in wasn’t until 3pm, very kindly we were able to drop our bags and use the facilities including food and beverage. We had tickets to visit the Louvre which we did for a couple of hours, then came back for Lunch before checking in to our room. The room was perfect and we were very pleasantly surprised to find balloons and a birthday cake. The room had everything we needed, the bathroom was spacious and had expensive toiletries. We had chosen the premium pool access room which was great to be able to chill out in our own private space. We really enjoyed the Turquoise restaurant, we are both foodies and very happy with the selection. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive clearing our plates and offering us more refreshments. The first evening we went to the new cocktail bar which had live music (forget the name of it)… the mixologist (think his name was John), was brilliant.. he delivered to my requests ‘surprise me’… on the Saturday we were very fortunate to try Mermaid restaurant.. food was exquisite, drinks and live music was great…. I don’t think I have ever written such a long review before, but I can honestly say this was one of the best stays we have had, service, food, accommodation, location, beach; absolutely fantastic and well worth the money… A special thanks to the Guest Services Team and Maria for making our stay magical! We will be back 100% thank you!

You really need to pay attention to the rules prior to booking! On the arrival date you will be stuck with buffet restaurant, and if you are staying less than 3 nights cannot access the a la carte. A real bummer, because buffet meals are really never the best.

The pools, kids and then clubs guarantee fun for the entire family! The Tempanyaki experience is really great!

It’s an amazing place to spend your time, a lot of things to do, all inclusive gives you the edge to not wonder what to eat and where. All day dining turquoise restaurant has various food options all type of cuisines , the food is very tasty and fresh. The pastry chef is amazing, and the cocktails they serve there are top notch by Mixologist Mike.

The location of the hotel is very wonderful and includes everything from services, pools, children’s playground, and the children’s club. It is wonderful and safe. All the employees are friendly and have very high morals. They are always smiling in all areas and locations of the hotel. Also, the reception staff are very wonderful, and this is what makes me stay in the same hotel every year.

There are many things I loved about Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, but I’d like to highlight a few key points. Firstly, the location is stunning. Being right by the sea allowed us to wake up to breathtaking views every morning. The child-friendly amenities were a huge plus for our family, and Olivia had a fantastic time here. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were significant factors that made our holiday unforgettable. Rahit Rana at the reception, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us, adding extra value to our stay. The food was nothing short of a feast. Every meal prepared by the culinary team exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and variety. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and organization of the resort were impressive. Lastly, the hotel’s management’s focus on guest satisfaction and their meticulous attention to detail made our time here even more special. Super welcoming and nice personnel, super smooth check in and thanks to Marc I got an amazing room with the most beautiful sea view and my very own terrace with sunbeds. An amazing beach with white powdery sand and azure water, super nice courtyard bar with live music in the evening and great drinks. Looking forward to come back!
