“Dinner was great but cooked breakfast let the hotel down doesn’t matter how dinner was the last thing customer does is have breakfast before they go and that’s what they remember the hotel with all the cooked breakfast was cooked in the oven even the eggs and then put under the heat lamp for to dry out”
“The room we had was exceptionally small. It was in the corner of the building and to get to one side of the bed meant you had to navigate a small gap between the bed & the wall and the bed and the cupboard.
Some lights were not working (one was fixed during our stay) The bathroom exhaust fan turned on when you just walked past the door so it had to be shut all the time to reduce the noise of the fan.
The bed itself was very comfortable.
The breakfast was also great.
The staff - The one we had for checking wasn't that friendly. There was a girl also at reception who was serving another customer, was bubbly and cheerful.
The bar staff could also take a lesson in Customer Service....
The position of the Hotel was good being only a 15min walk into the town area.”
