“The staff were very helpful, cheerful and professional. Customer service was of a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent in quality and choice. We appreciated choice of alternatives to milk, i.e. almond, oat and soya milk were all available and other vegan/vegetarian options. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean with all conveniences. There was a swimming pool and gym which residents could use free of charge.”
